Dragon Gown

Inspired by Rihanna's iconic yellow Met Gala gown, this design reinterprets the look through a more refined and contemporary lens. Rather than replicating the dramatic volume of the original, I focused on elegance, fluidity, and subtle storytelling. Drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese aesthetics, I incorporated dragon motifs, cloud patterns, lustrous satin, and soft draping to create a sense of movement and grace. The dragon symbolizes strength, prosperity, and cultural heritage, while the flowing organza introduces lightness and balance.
